Abby and I began our study of the novel. Abby likes it. I explained the concept of the double journal entry. Abby will write one for homework based on the text we read today. We use the study guide questions as a springboard for our discussion. We also went over the two activities that Abby had completed for homework in her vocabulary book. She did quite well!
