We continued with our study of the novel. GT shared his double journal entry that he had written for homework. We read and had an excellent discussion on the plot and the characters. We then began reading the short story "A Woman's Secret" by Guy de Maupassant (from the website CommonLit).
We are going to compare the similarities of the short story to the novel. We are going to compare the author's use of letters to convey important events/meanings in both the short story and novel.
