Environmental Science:
Cell Progression -
Rory began his environmental science class by taking notes as I described the cell progression, which described the incremental advancement from an organelle to a cell, to a tissue etc. continuing all the way through the level of biosphere. I then quizzed his understanding of the process by asking the difference between a single bone and an entire skeleton, or a blood sample and a single blood cell. I asked him if there was more than one biosphere and then had him explain his answer. Homework: be prepared for a test on our next meeting.
