Lesson Outline
We began with a review of all vocabulary from the greetings and salutations pages of Bobby’s textbook. We spent some time putting the words together to form sentences as well as reading the sentences in the exercises of the text. Since there is one section of colors and clothing, Bobby created original sentences describing what he and his friends are wearing today. From here, we moved onto numbers and played a game of Bingo - totally in Spanish. Bobby wrote the numbers out in Spanish rather than putting in numerals. He took a break then I introduced weather. Bobby repeated all the vocabulary words. I asked questions and he answered. We ended with writing out a weather report and reading it as if he were a “weather man” on tv.
