Rory and I had a great discussion about the characteristics of an artist to help them "blow up" in the music industry. - Things like: enhancing skills/talent, audience research, image (i.e. being a good person, and bringing a valuable product/service to the table), as well as, staying aligned to a "why" bigger than himself.
Form an Economics perspective, we talked about how the main goal (for any business) is to decrease risk and increase profit and impact.

We had a pretty real talk about where he's at with things in his business and in his life. I'm trying to focus more on the "energy" of economics and how he has a real opportunity to not only make a lot of money but impact a lot of lives if he gets his head (and heart) straight!
