Jonathan worked on telling time. I started the lesson with the story of the “Turtle and the Hare”. I used these two characters to help him relate to the hands on the clock, the turtle being the hour hand and the rabbit being the minute hand. As I changed the hands on the clock, Jonathan read the times; first hour, then half hour and lastly minute. He also watched a “Brain Pop Jr.” lesson on telling time to the minute.
