Rhyming was reviewed. Given pictures, Richard did well categorizing them with other pictures with which they rhymed. Richard practiced writing his name with proper letter size and spacing. He worked hard on blending consonant-short vowel-consonant words. We continue to practice the sight words 'the' and 'of'. Richard identified the date and day of the week. We also practiced reciting the days of the week. Richard was tasked with reading numbers 1-20 and counting out the corresponding number of objects. He did well determining which picture came first and which came second and writing a 1 or 2 under the correct picture.
