I began with a review of the sound deck with visual and blending drills, using the same graphemes and phonemes as the last session. For the blending drill, I focused on words with r-controlled vowels as Wyatt is having difficulty generalizing the concept. Wyatt read Chapter 2 of a decodable book, "The Green Fern Zoo."
