Lesson Outline
The concept of probability was discussed. Ben hypothesized that if he flipped a coin 20 times, it would land on heads 11 times and tails 9 times. After flipping the coins, Ben saw that his results matched his predictions exactly. Given pictures of socks in drawers, Ben was tasked with determining if certain socks or combinations of socks were certain, likely, unlikely or impossible to be in the given drawer. Ben seemed to enjoy the activities and his success in completing the activities.
