Cabo had a clean transition in my class today.

He started out by writing sentences using concepts that we learned in this chapter. Each sentence could earn a specific number of points based on how well it fit certain criteria. He seemed to enjoy maximizing his sentences to earn the most points. He did a great job with the activity.

He then read a chapter of the Isabella book. He succinctly summarized the chapter.

We studied the vocabulary for which he is responsible together.

He did not have a full mastery of the words. So, he made notecards for any of the key words and for any words in which he was significantly deficient.
