Piero was given an image of a boy chasing his dog with a frisbee. He then wrote a story about what he thought might be happening in the picture. We discussed and corrected any mistakes that occurred as he wrote. When the short story was completed, Piero read the story aloud. I then had him change the tense of each of the verbs in the story to past tense. Many of the verbs took an irregular form for past tense.

I began Piero's lesson today at school at noon. I could not connect to the internet. The office apprised me that the internet at school was going to be down from 12-1. I ran home to connect with Piero. We started our session at 12:30. He told me, he could only work until one.
