Today, Hank learned about Chess. He did not seem particularly excited about writing. I want him to have a series of at least 5 instances where Hank comes to the school and loves every second of being there.

We covered the topics of: Board Setup, Piece Identification, Movements of the Pieces, Main Game Objectives.

After the quick ground rules, we started a game. We were unable to finish due to time constraints. But, Hank seemed to enjoy the game.

Next lesson we will cover more advanced moves such as castling and the like.
