Max and I discussed the elements of MAIN, new technologies of war and transportation and communication, the 2 reasons why the U.S. joins the war, and the events occurring in Russia leading up to their withdrawal from the war.

We have included a good deal of repetition, comprehension discussions, and even hands-on activities up to this point in our study of the War. Today Max seemed to have a firm grasp on some of the points that were first introduced.
