We discussed some of the fine detail differences between the tags and appropriate circumstances in which they should be used.

We discussed how comments are typically used. We also discussed some less obvious strategic uses for them such as removing sections of a site without having to delete the source code. This is a useful way to troubleshoot and test new lines of code.
