We discussed the edits made in the first three chapters of Jayne's creative writing story. It gave us an opportunity to review the conventions of grammar. We then discussed the importance of the editing process, the final stage of the writing process, which involves looking at each sentence carefully to insure it's well designed and that it serves its purpose. Jayne crafts her sentences exceptionally well and remains firm in her word choices, which are imaginative and illustrative. Her story is a delight to read.
