Use the beginning of class to go over the copyright packet. This packet explains how to avoid copyrighting another artist's work and when copyright material is okay to use. We went over copyright examples that were taken to court, where an artist only slightly altered another's work and tried to sell it as their own. I then gave him his sketchbook prompts to work on for the last hour.
