Today, Bella and I watched a short animated video on Othello, viewing an abridged version of each act and scene. She took notes on the video. We then opened up our Othello curriculum book, read and discussed the pre-reading points, and read Act 1 Scene 1 together. We paused for comprehension, to discuss, and to utilize another copy of the play that provides a contemporary translation of the lines.
