Today, Bella and I continued discussing, researching and writing our paragraph response to how an Elizabethan audience would respond to Desdemona's elopement with Othello given the context of "chain of being."

We then compared and contrasted the words Roderigo uses to refer to Desdemona versus Othello in Act 1 Scene 1 lines 119-39. We discussed the way the audience's expectations are being shaped about Desdemona and Othello.
