I subbed for Cameron's business class again today. We explored the topic of sustainability in business. We viewed a TEDed discussing sustainability in business. I then assigned Cameron the following three topics to research and take notes on: circular economy, Rainforest Alliance, and sustainable agriculture. During the last three minutes of class, I had Cameron verbally present his notes to me to check for comprehension.
