II. TSW review use of commas
III. TSW learn the definition of narrative poetry and read Sir Walter Scott's poem Lochinvar.

Jaydn was attentive and enjoyed this class. I commended her for finishing her essay on the symbol of the check and The American Dream in "A Raisin the Sun" independently. She learned to read her papers out loud and proofread them, adding commas where necessary. We read Lochinvar, by Sir Walter Scott together, and she seemed to enjoy it.
