Lesson Outline
9.3 Finding Cube Roots – We began with reviewing the distance formula which is used to find the distance between any two points on a graph. We discovered that we can use the distance formula to find the length of segments to find the perimeter of shapes. Then we practiced simplifying perfect square and cube roots, identifying the greater of two fractions that are cubed or squared, and solving algebraic equations with variables that are cubed or squared.
