Discussion regarding chemicals that have harmful effects, and how they enter the environment.
Outline neurotoxins, carcinogens, teratogens, allergens, and endocrine disruptors.
For each effect, list common chemical causes, including pharmaceuticals, insecticides, radon, asbestos, lead, mercury, and female reproductive hormones. Discuss how they all may end up in groundwater and rivers/lakes through grey water releases.
