Today we did the first half of a Chapter 2 Test Review. We used the online Savvas account and worked out problems on paper and pencil. Ben was slow to start at first. He said he had a stomach ache and head ache. I let him complain for a bit and then told him he was capable to work, so let's do it. We got through 8 of the 20 problems. Ben needed a few reminders to get started, but then it was like riding a bike. Ben worked on finding linear equations given two points on the graph. He read word problems, created the equation to model the scenario, and then solved the equation. He also answered questions involving point slope form, which he does not prefer, but he knew what to do. We will finish the review tomorrow and then he will have a Test on Friday or Monday.
