Richard began his OT session working on wall pushups with head turn to right and left to work on ATNR reflex integration with a noted right elbow bend 6 out of 10 times. No elbow bend when provided moderate verbal reminders. He was asked to join a peer to build a science project. Richard demonstrated excellent ability to work as a team, communicating ideas and encouraging each other. He also presented with good fine motor and bilateral integration skills. Richard's mother reported that he will be receiving vision therapy 4 days a week. OT will discontinue oculomotor activities and continue to focus on visual perception, fine motor, motor planning and executive functioning skills.
