Kellan worked on the unit's 'Review What You Know' on making copies of unit fractions and writing fractions shown by given figures. Then, we continued the equivalent fraction lesson. Together, we drew quick pictures on the whiteboard to model different ways to name the same part of a whole while recognizing that if the numerator and denominator are multiplied by the same amount, it will create an equivalent fraction.
