Kellan and I began with a subtracting multi-digit numbers fluency game. At the same time, we each pointed to a 3-digit number, created a subtraction equation, and found the difference. The answer was found on the gameboard and a tally was given to the player whose square contained the difference. Then, we continued the lesson on using division to find equivalent fractions. Kellan found the missing numbers and divided to find equivalent fractions.
