Kellan began with review questions on multiplication facts and writing a mixed number represented by the length shown on a number line. Kellan needed a refresher on mixed numbers which we completed on the whiteboard using quick pictures or number lines to represent more than 1 whole. Then, Kellan worked on the unit review on using multiplication or division to find equivalent fractions, drawing a number line to show fractions, and shading fraction bars to compare fractions.
