I told PJ today how incredibly proud I am of him. When we met in September, he didn't like writing and struggled to get his thoughts out. His improvement this year is amazing! We are working on writing using The House on Mango Street as a mentor text. PJ's vignettes are so well written, painting a picture in the reader's mind of the setting and characters. Well done, PJ!
