This morning, Jason and I reviewed yesterday's lesson on adding tens and ones on an open number line. Jason completed problems on the whiteboard, placing the larger 2-digit number on the number line and adding the smaller 2-digit number by drawing large jumps for each 10 and little hops for each 1 to find the sums. Then, Jason worked on an adding and subtracting within 20 maze with odd sums and differences creating the path to the finish line.
