Today, Libby continued to work on the Topic 3 assessment which focused on the skills necessary for accurate counting and the counting sequence of the numbers 6 to 10. Libby answered questions on number sequences and the one-to-one principle, visually picturing quantities relating to a 5 or 10 frame, cardinality of a group of objects, and counting on. She also used a hundreds chart to count to 50, focusing on visually looking at each number to help with recognition.
