We continue to focus on writing an interpretative thesis analyzing the function of symbolism and the extended metaphor . Using Frost's "The Road not Taken ,and Ah Sunflowers as our references, Joshua worked on composing an AP style first paragraph for each poem. I then provided instruction on incorporating how poetic structure , one sentence stanzas for example, complement the extended metaphor of the road in the Frost poem.
