Today, Libby and I worked on an addition activity to correlate with our recent lessons on solving addition word problems. Libby chose 2 cards numbered 1 through 5 and placed them on her addition mat. Then, we each created an addition story to match the cards and wrote the sum. Libby finished with an online review of the greater than, less than concept with the numbers 1 through 20.
