Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech in the US have boundaries which are legally regulated by incidents of defamation, libel, threats/violence, and appropriate content. Explanation of the Federal Communications Commission FCC role in censoring and/or regulating content from

During today's session with Chris, he was very alert and followed closely my presentation of the important topic of censorship of the media and limitations on Freedom of the Press. We discussed the role of the FCC in monitoring and blocking/censoring inappropriate written and spoken content in various US media outlets.
