Libby seen in her room for a 45 minute occupational therapy treatment session. Focus of therapy on improving her ocular motor skills, visual perceptual abilities, fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory motor skills and graphomotor skills. Began session with various fine motor activities to improve grasp pattern, visual motor skills, dexterity and manipulation skills. Libby reviewed all previous learned lower case letters of the alphabet and was able to form them all correctly except the letters g and k. She practiced these letters to get them right. Libby continues to be encouraged and reminded to hold her writing implement with an open web space.. She is able to quickly correct her tendency to thumb wrap when given this cue. She participated in a diamond painting card activity with good patience and control. Great session.
