5-4 Multiplying and Dividing Fractions – We reviewed that subtracting integers involves making 2 changes to the expression. Then we learned that when you divide you also make 2 changes. You multiply by the reciprocal of the 2nd fraction or divisor. Next we learned that these 2 actions offset each other so that the value of the expression remains unchanged.
