Today Patrick completed his last stage in the typing program he has been following. Next class he will take a quick assessment and then begin his new program. He amazes me each class when he puts forth such great effort in both his posture and his ability to resist temptation to peek at the keys! He should be very proud of himself. In V/V he finished an activity where had read a story about a Jack o'lantern and began a new story about a bobcat hunting. Patrick did an awesome job visualizing and verbalizing today. He was able to contribute details about his image without my coaching. I think he was as proud as I was. He answered questions which referred to some of his new vocabulary words and the images he had created. Patrick continued in his FF program. He beat two of his highest scores (Sky Gym and Robo-dog). It was an extremely successful and exciting day for Patrick.
