Today I substitute taught for Miss Debbie from 11:15- 12:00. Patrick and I continued a V/V actiivity where he revisted to a short story, Hotel of Tubes. He drew a picture for each sentence and watched ow his pictures changed. He was very thoughtful when it came to making his own prediction and creating another sentence. When he was initially asked to picture what would come next, he said, "I can't" with his head down. After some prompting he came up with a very clever sentence. It is joyful to see him proud of his achievements and develop self-confidence. After Patrick and I researched online to see if these hotels actually do exist. We were surprised to learn and see some pictures of hotels in Japan with these type of hotels. Great work, Patrick! You keep me smiling!
