Patrick did a great job typing today. He completed 3 modules in Lesson 1. His accuracy fell between 83% and 95%. His hands get very tired and he needs breaks frequently, but he is forging ahead and trying his best. I am very proud of his efforts, as it can be a tad boring at times. The words that he touch types will help improve his spelling and phonological awareness. Often times the program will dictate rhyming words with the same endings. It is helpful that Patrick sees and hears the words simultaneously. Patrick continued his FF program. He missed his LB class, as he and his peers were engaged in a group activity, where Patrick was able to put the finishing touches on some of the crafts he has been creating. It was a very pleasant day.
