Patrick and I reviewed mental math facts shooting baskets. Then we played a game of Yahtzee. Due to this game Patrick has become fluent at reading dice. Only last week he was still counting each dot to determine the amount on the die. Then I gave Patrick 9 mixed problems to assess his understanding independently. He is doing really well with double x double with regrouping.
