Today Patrick started a new book in his Lindamood-Bell program. It is formatted in the same way. Patrick read a story entitled, "Fire". He was exposed to new vocabulary words. We dissected the passage so that Patrick can see how the author was able to include specific words that addressed the structure words. Patrick confidently matched each descriptive word to the structure word correctly, i.e loud-sound, yellow-color, jumped-movement, etc. Then Patrick was able to picture each sentence by sentence with the correct multiple-choice answers. Great work, Patrick. In FF, he did very well, also. He played Quail Mail, Magic Rabbit, and Buzz Fly. He has expressed that he thinks it is easy, so we may attempt to try the next level very soon. Super job, Patrick.
