Today Patrick continued in his FF program. He did a great job in Magic Rabbit, beating his high score. In LB, Patrick began a new activity in his book. Patrick also looked at the boat he made and used his words to verbalize how he had created it. Patrick learned that authors write for different purposes. We discussed how recipes are to inform people and how writing a how-to-piece is similar. Patrick listed the supplies he needed in order to recreate his boat.
