Patrick continued in his FF program. He advanced a level in two different games. In LB, he read half of one chapter independently, and the other half I read aloud to him. We paused at times to capture Patrick's images. He is doing great, using complete sentences to describe the story's meaning and details. We have been keeping a running tally to keep track of which structure words he uses the most frequently so that we can assess how well he is picturing different details. He is able to earn points towards prizes. Today he earned a prize for reaching 60 points. In his research class, he searched for data on the worlds smallest fish. He jotted down notes, in order to write a complimentary paragraph to the largest fish. In keyboarding he played various typing games to increase his speed. We focused, also on learning the number keys. Great job!!
