Today, Anna and Quinn learned about how different animals grow. They discussed the for stages of every animals life: birth, growth and change, reproduction and death. We discussed the vocabulary terms, metamorphosis, inherited and learned traits. We read pages 50-57 in the textbook. Anna and Quinn took notes while reading the chapter in the how animals grow worksheet. We compared different animals life cycles (butterflies, frogs, chickens, bears and turtles). Anna and Quinn did very well with today's lesson.
