We had a long discussion on Congressional districts, as well as reviewed a map showing how many delegates are in each state, and how many were gained and lost due to the 2010 census.

Will is showing more animation and interest in his discussion. It will take more work to make the electoral process more clear for Will, but I believe he will soon understand the legislative branch of the U.S. Congress.
