Lesson Outline
We reviewed several limits to Congressional power, including the writ of habeas corpus and bill of attainder. We discussed the age limits and lengths of time of citizenship required for legislators to be representatives and senators. We also discussed the compensation and benefits of being a Congress person, such as the franking privilege.
