Holidays in Different Countries: Ethan was introduced to holidays that different countries celebrate. China has a New Year's Day, where they dress in different costumes and eat food related to the event. Mexico has Cinco de Mayo celebrating a victory of war, the event goes on for days. Louisiana celebrates Marde Gras meaning "Fat Tuesday". The United States celebrates the Fourth of July, the birth of our country with fireworks. We finished the lesson with a Bible story of the"The Prodigal Son". Ethan did a great job asking questions and input. Have good summer. Ethan, it's been a pleasure.
