Samantha began the session with a game of multiplication war with the instructor. She does an outstanding job with this game! Today, she was mentally multiplying two digit numbers, such as 19 x 12 or 16 x 13. Every time she had factors similar to these she would mentally calculate the correct product. For the remainder of the session we worked on word problems.
