We completed three assignments today. In the first assignment we read about the La Brea tar pits, in Los Angeles California. We examined images of dire wolf, saber tooth tigers, and American lions. She answered questions about the things researchers have found in the pits. In the second assignment Ana and I watched a video that described the different ages and eras. She answered the questions about what scientists learn from examining fossils. In the final assignment we read about the NOAA expedition report titled: Exploring the Submarine Ring of Fire. Ana read about the project and answered questions about the adventure.
