We started the Information Management case study on the Bank of America management information systems including reading the case study and lecture on the Management Information Systems Integrative Network comprised of three components transacting, control, and learning. We also looked at the business drivers for Bank of America, their information requirements, and their organizational information processing infrastructure and apps.
