We continued working on his Information Management case study on Bank of America including identifying its core business processes and determining how the information system fits into this framework, created a diagram of these core business processes, created a flow chart of the processes and information exchanged in an ATM transaction, listed reasons core business processes are centralized at a company like B of A, and selected information types for transactions, management and control, and innovation and learning within the MIS Integrative Network.
